PAYING AND DELIVERING:

  1. You will receive a confirmation to your email when we register your payment.
  2. Services and digital products are accessible immediately there after through your email.
  3. Physical books ordered via www.innate.one/shop are dispatched through the postal office within less than five working days with a delivery time of 5 working days inside Norge. For other countries, the specific delivery time will be applied.
  4. Postage for Norge is included in the price.
  5. Current postage rates and delivery conditions can be found on Posten’s website.

RIGHTS

  1. Fee, paid for one, three or 12 months, gives the buyer the right to participate in workshops and courses.
  2. Content and eventual recordings, to which you obtain access through the fee, belong to INNATE and are for your personal use only and any sharing, distribution or selling is prohibited.

CANCELLATION OF SESSION

  1. A session can anytime be canceled. If a cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance, it can be re-scheduled or refunded. Otherwise the session must be paid.
  2. There will be no refund, if the INNATE work is discontinued due to Force Majeore.

REFUNDS FOR PAID FEE

  1. For paid fee, you are granted full money back guarantee within the first 14 days after payment.
  2. There is no refund if you are prohibited from participation.
  3. Workshops and courses will usually take place throughout the year on working days except for holidays.
  4. There will be no refund, if you are not able to participate, regardless the reason.
  5. There will be no refund, should a workshop or course lesson fall out, regardless the reason. It will presumably be continued next week.
  6. There will be no refund if the INNATE work is discontinued due to illness or death.
  7. There will be no refund, if the INNATE work is discontinued due to Force Majeore.

REFUND FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  1. For immediately delivered digital products, for instance PDF-files, the normal 14-day right of withdrawal is waived.
  2. There will be no refund, if delivery is discontinued due to Force Majeore.

BOOK REFUND AND COMPLAINT

  1. A 14-day right of return and complaint applies to purchase of books.
  2. Returned books must be undamaged.
  3. Tthe customer pays the postage for the return.
  4. Content or packaging that is damaged upon receipt can be returned either by refusing receipt or by handing in content and packaging to the post office within 7 days of receipt.
  5. Orders can be canceled until despatch. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form.
  6. All prices are incl. Norwegian VAT and in EURO.

NO LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  1. Ideas and information, that you may perceive through books, sessions, workshops, courses and interaction on the INNATE platform, are for your information only. Whatever actions you take, inspired here from, is wholly your responsibility.
  2. Nothing that is transmitted through INNATE should be understood as advise, because it would undermine the your self responsibility. This would in it self create such conflicts, that the INNATE work intends to dissolve.
  3. The purpose of all the activities of INNATE to give tools that enable you to gain knowledge and establish self confidence that empowers and enhances the ability to make sound decisions and solve conflicts on the fly.
  4. The INNATE team has no formal competence or education, no official registration or authorization except for tax and cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, inappropriate effects or injury you may experience or suffer from.
  5. All participation is wholly at your own risk. It is your responsibility to talk to your doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, etc. if you are undergoing treatment, have a mental diagnosis, suffer from anxiety or even experience inappropriate effects mediated by INNATE.
  6. Many issues, brought to the table during sessions, relate to other people. Expressions, assessments, statements describing these relations cannot and should not be understood as describing these persons themselves. The INNATE team does not know these persons, do not qualify for any expression describing or even judging them. What is said during these sessions is primarily about your perception, whence it can not and should not be part of arguments or even lawsuits. Under no circumstances can INNATE be held accountable for consequences hereof.
