Hva er INNATE-metoden?

The INNATE method is a way to take responsibility for your own life. It does so by clearing life-inhibiting subconscious program and teaching you how to live
without creating new ones.

Det som er a life-inhibiting subconscious program?

When something comes at us too soon, is too big, or occurs too often, we get overwhelmed. In order not to become overwhelmed again in a similar event, our subconscious creates a program.

If, for example, your feet slipped on the wet roof and you fell and landed in the nettles, your subconsciousness would try to keep you off the roof. You will feel uncomfortable each time you even think of the roof.

På hvilken måte er disse programmene livshemmende?

For one, feeling uncomfortable climbing the roof may become a problem when the roof needs maintenance. The program itself may hold you back from doing what is needed, even if the roof is totally dry.

Also, repair and healing is impaired and the body will slowly come to a halt, because such programs occupy the subconscious by keeping it on guard. This causes chronic stress. You cannot be stressed and thrive at the same time. Biologically, it is either or.

Hvordan virker INNATE-metoden?

The INNATE method tracks these subconscious programs. If the danger is over and the associated program is no longer needed, it can be dissolved. We do so by communicating it telepathically to the subconscious, which only has one major objective: to secure and sustain life.

If the danger is not over, for instance if you are threatened by bankruptcy, you will have to solve your financial problems first. When that is done, you can look for and deal with any left over programs.

How does the INNATE method differ from other methods?

The INNATE method combines in a unique way telepathic communication beyond time and space and rigid methodical protocols to access the events behind the issues.

The method is built upon the science of stress theory, initiated by Hans Selye in the 1940s, proven and refined recently by Lewis S. Coleman (stressmechanism.com).

Many chronic illnesses and psychological issues originate in unrelieved stress and trauma. Consequently, these causes, that might have haunted you through lifetimes, are accessible with the INNATE method. Through the use of the protocols and telepathic communication, associated programs can be released. Step by step you will be able to take control over your karma.

If you lived a long life in stress, organs may have deteriorated to a degree where full recovery is no longer possible. The deteriorating process, though, may be halted.

The INNATE method is not magic. It is not enough to know the details. Nothing happens until you do it. Like with any other transformation processes, diligence and persistence are key.

How about food?

Food is tied to lifestyle: Your meals consist of fast food while you are on the go.

Food is culture: Socialization is nearly impossible without cakes, soft drinks and alcohol.

Food is economy: Ultra-processed food is abundantly accessible and cheap, whereas fresh organic food is expensive and rarer.

Food is dissociation: We eat and drink for distraction, decoupling, comfort or pastime. We reward ourselves and want to confirm that life is good.

The ideal life supporting food is fresh and has no ingredients. Any change you make in this direction will support your healing process.

How about exercise?

Your body is built for activity. Sedentary work, passive entertainment consumption, stress and concern with no solution in sight, are all associated with buildup of hidden visceral fat, which leads to chronic inflammation, dizziness and fatigue.

50 years ago exercise was not a thing. Now it is. The more you can make stress free, physical activity a natural, meaningful part of your daily life, the better.

How about prescription drugs?

Prescription drugs are almost exclusively composed of chemicals, derived from fossil fuel. To the body, any introduction of such chemicals will be understood as a life disturbing conflict: The body will try to expel it or balance it through homeostasis. Therefore, prescription drugs are highly effective in emergency medicine, but disastrous as treatment for chronic conditions.

All drugs have their side effects, for which there are other drugs. Therefore your list of prescriptions has a tendency to grow. With each item added, the chemical cocktail becomes less transparent and clogs down your body. In its turn it might worsen your general condition, for which you visited the physician in the first place.

How about environmental impacts?

Urban living exposes you to toxic pollution from air, water, electro magnetic radiation and so on.

However, to most people, it is not an option to break up and go live somewhere on a silent flower meadow with a gentle, sprinkling brook nearby. Yet, there are things you can do. You can filter your water. You can have plants in your living room, on your balcony or even in a garden. You can install a shielded electrical system and use cabled internet.

Any measure you take in this regard will make your urban life less toxic. So, if you are suffering from chronic conditions, improving your environment may alleviate them.

Who will benefit from the INNATE method?

You will. If you accept that shut doors can be reopened, that you will have to walk through those doors yourself, and that you are willing to re-learn living, despite your life experience and nominal age.
