Ole interviewed Sophie after she had a session course with him and the INNATE method. Chronic disease inhibited her freedom, and made her life less magical than its potential.

With Sophie’s story as a backdrop, Ole is organizing a course online, designed to help people with chronic diseases to a better life. This first course will be in Norwegian, and the first participant are already signed up. Tomorrow, Wednesday October 1st 2025, Ole will give a lecture on chronic disease and the INNATE method in Notodden, Norway. The lecture is from 6 pm to 9 pm. There will be a lot of ‘lecturing’, but also exercises.
Everyone is welcome, and if you aren’t familiar with the INNATE method yet, you might be in for a surprise or two!
The lecture will be held at Alternativt Forum Notodden, Storgata 81, Notodden.
